Architectural Inventory Form for 123 South Main Street, Breckenridge, Colorado. Historic building name: The Bates Building. Current building name (as of 2022): The Skinny Winter Building. In the 1920s, the building became known as the "goat house" as the owners, Springmeyers, lived in the front half, and kept their herd of goats in the back. Date of construction (actual): 1880.
