Library room in the Charles A. and Martha (Silverthorn) Finding's home on Main Street, Breckenridge, Colorado. Circa 1893. Along one wall is a bookcase crowded with books and topped with decorative items and framed pictures. Books are stacked on the upholstered chair tightly placed in the corner next to a writing desk. Mounted above is a tobacco pipe rack surrounded by photographs and cabinet cards, a small calendar, illustrations (framed and unframed) and a fan. On the desk are more framed photographs, books, a figurine table lamp with a floral-patterned porcelain lamp cover, and an upright wood organizer stacked with papers and notecards.
