Chairlift 1 on Peak 8 with Spruce at left and Rounder's Run on the right, at the Breckenridge ski area in Colorado. Chairlift 1 was constructed by Heron Engineering Company, Inc. and opened in 1961. It started near the Bergenhof Restaurant and went up Peak 8 to a point above timberline. The ski trails, from left to right: Spruce, unnamed run under the chairlift nicknamed Old Lift Line, and Rounder's Run. Far upper left and barely visible through the trees is Callie's Alley, a steep run that descends into Spruce.
