Kaiser's residence on Ridge Street in Breckenridge, Colorado. Constructed in 1885 as the home of Mr. Ira A. Cammett, the property was acquired in 1891 by Johann Christian ("Chris") Kaiser. Chris and his wife, Ida, were long-time proprietors of Kaiser's Market on Lincoln Avenue. They raised three sons in this house, Edwin, Harold, and Carl. The home featured a west facing square bay window and a second floor dormer window on the south side. Within the fenced yard are stairs leading up to the front porch and entrance.
