A dog is asleep on the carpeted floor of the parlor in Charles A. and Martha (Silverthorn) Finding's house on Main Street in Breckenridge, Colorado. Circa 1893. The room is furnished with area rugs, a secretary desk, a bookcase and a wicker rocking chair in the bay window. Anchoring the room is an ornate cast iron parlor stove. Decorative items throughout include framed pictures and photographs, porcelain plates supported on easels, seashells and vases. Doilies, antimacassars and tasseled cloth runners cover chair backs and tables and heavy tasseled curtains drape the opening to the adjacent music room. A large book is displayed on a metal book stand, probably the Family Bible.

A man sits in a chair facing away from his desk inside the Colorado Telephone Company in Breckenridge, Colorado. Circa 1899-1920s. On the desk are books, stacks of papers, inkwells and a candlestick telephone (also known as upright desk stands). The carpeted office is also furnished with typewriter desk with a typewriter on top, a wood secretary filled with books, and a bookstand. Taxidermy, two framed "State of Colorado Certificate of Authority" documents, and a hand crank telephone (or telegraph) hang on the wallpapered wall. The company began providing service to Breckenridge in 1899.

From her seat at a table in a dimly lit restaurant in Breckenridge, Colorado, a woman unrolls scroll with a handwritten menu beginning with the words: "The Ullr [?] of this Kingdom of Breckenridge..." The menu lists a selection of dishes, including soup du jour (soup of the day), beef tenderloin, king crab legs, and more. Probably a special dinner offer in celebration of Breckenridge's Ullr Dag Winter Festival. The man on her left looks over her shoulder, and the couple across the table listen as she reads the document aloud.

Office in the Gold Pan Mining Company building on South Ridge Street in Breckenridge, Colorado. Circa early 1900s. The room is furnished with two rolltop desks facing each other, a drafting table under one of the two windows, and a radiator. Against one wall is a wood card file cabinet with numerous small drawers over larger drawers; lower shelves are filled with ledger books. More books are on top of one of the desks, and framed certificates adorn the wallpapered walls. Hanging from the wallpapered ceiling is a four globe light fixture.

Interior of the C.A. Finding Hardware Store on Main Street, Breckenridge, Colorado, circa 1894. Charles Finding, in suitcoat and necktie, leans on a desk against the wall. Another well-dressed man stands nearby. Potted plants line the shelf above and in the window. Calendars (dated 1891, 1892, 1893 and 1894) and illustrated posters and prints decorate the wall. A wooden spindle railing separates the office area from public space, with an ornate parlor stove on either side. Another desk, a bookcase and office chairs furnish the room and the corner edge of a glass case is visible in the foreground. Quoted from handwritten text on the reverse: "Probably Mr. Miner's office in his hardware store Breckenridge. Calendar on wall - October 1894".

Edwin Carter's funeral in Masonic Lodge No. 47 on February 11, 1900, in Breckenridge, Colorado. The open casket is adorned with floral wreaths, vases filled with flowers, and two large feathers tied with a white ribbon; a pair of white gloves is draped over the side. One large floral wreath has a banner with the words "Edwin Carter Lodge 47 A F A M". Wearing white ceremonial aprons, E.E. Acton (on the right) and another Mason stand on either side of the casket, respectfully holding their hats. A man with a woman and small child are seated in the back corner against the wall.

Specimens on the shelves include, from top to bottom, bighorn sheep, bald eagle, a variety of birds perched on tree branches, and numerous bird eggs in cartons. In the foreground is a pheasant taxidermy posed standing on a branch mount.
