Scope and content

At Rocky Point east of Breckenridge, Colorado four well-dressed men sit or stand on a railroad trailer. Also called a motorcar, speeder, popcar, or putt-putt, these self-powered trailers were used by maintenance crews to check for problems along the tracks. Replacement ties are stacked in the background. Title quoted from handwritten caption on card mount: "Rocky Point near Breckenridge."
