Interview with Anthony Lord conducted 2019-04-10. Lord first moved to Breckenridge in the fall of 1972-73 at 19 years old. He began working at the ski area on weekends while going to school. He didn't have a car, so he would hitchhike to the area every weekend. His first full-time job in the county was hanging drywall.

Interview with Christine Sperber conducted 2019-09-18. Sperber first came to Breckenridge in September 1989. After growing up on the East Coast, she was drawn to the area because of Breckenridge's willingness to let snowboarders ride.

After graduating college, Snyder signed a contract to teach at Climax Molybdenum Mine in 1950.

His father owned 12 acres near Blue River at the time. They eventually bought a house at 301 South Main Street and that is where McMenamy grew up. His father started out as a bartender at Breckenridge Inn before becoming the Ski Patrol Director at Breckenridge Ski Resort. He would eventually become the Mountain Manager, overseeing the development of Peak 9.

Atchison first came to Breckenridge in December 1962 working in public relations for the Rounds family before Breckenridge Ski Resort officially opened in spring 1963. He and Dallas lived in an apartment above the information center on Main Street. Dallas and Atchinson married shortly after they moved here. Their child was the first and only child born in Breckenridge in the modern era because they could not get to the hospital in Leadville in time.

He had met Bill Rounds in Aspen, and after Bill's father passed away, Bill invited Berge to the area to check out his lumber company. Berge decided to move to Breckenridge shortly after his son was born in the summer of 1960. His family stayed in Aspen while he worked on a place to live. He initially began working in the lumber yard and stayed in a house on Main Street. He would then help to develop the ski area.
