Minnie Roby, dressed in a hat, scarf and long coat, stands on the cleared path. A man and woman (probably Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert) are at the front door.

              Edwin Carter's log cabin house and museum on Ridge Street in Breckenridge during the winter. The one story front gable log cabin with shed addition was built in 1875. A wooden split rail fence encloses the snow-covered property. Town buildings and a view of snowy Tenmile Range in the background.               The Finding residence on North Main Street, Breckenridge. Charles stands beside the open gate and his wife Martha holds the reins of a horse on the front lawn. Their daughters, Charline Antoinette "Tonnie" (in dark dress) and Agnes (wearing a striped dress under a white pinafore) stand on the street side of the fence. Laying on the ground between them are two dogs, probably the family's pets. An unpainted picket fence encloses the tree-covered property and in the front yard is a large water fountain.

              View of Uneva Lake, near Frisco, Colorado. At the base of the tree-covered mountain, near the water's edge, is a wooden structure and a dock. A man sits in a boat with an oar paddle across his lap. In the middle of the lake is a small patch of land with a tree and a bench. On the opposite side of the lake are parked two wooden carriages. Handwritten on the reverse "could be Black Lake or Uneva Lake."

In the far distance is the snow-covered peak of Buffalo Mountain.
