Fatty's Restaurant. 106 South Ridge. 1880s, two stories, vertical rough-plank construction, rectangular plan with one-story addition, gable roof, open porch supported by square posts creating a second-story balcony with rough wood railing, scalloped bargeboard on roofline."
UnidentifiedInterview with John Daisy conducted 2018-05-31. Daisy moved to Breckenridge in 1981 after initially visiting the area in 1976. Upon moving to the area, Daisy bought Fatty's Pizzeria. He lived upstairs from Fatty's in what was originally known as the Colorado House, built by the Peabody family in 1876.
