              Interview with Gary Martinez conducted 2018-07-25. Martinez first came to Breckenridge to visit in the early 1970s. After growing up in Ohio, Martinez moved to Colorado permanently in 1976. He lived in Steamboat originally and moved to Summit County in March 1978. He worked for then-Senator Tom Glass as a Criminal Justice Coordinator and worked for the Council of Governments. He worked with Bob Farris, the Summit County sheriff at the time. Martinez became the Town Manager for Breckenridge in 1985.

              Interview with Al Kiburas conducted 2018-04-05. Interview highlights when Kiburas moved to Breckenridge in 1981. He was a police officer in Chicago, moved to Wyoming briefly, and then began working for the Breckenridge Police Department.

              Town of Breckenridge Police Docket beginning January 31, 1929, and ending October 14, 1938 - with gaps. Some pages have police docket warrants recorded by the Police Magistrate. Each handwritten docket notes the date of the report, the complainant's name, title of and section/article/ordinance violated, the date the warrant was issued and served, and the Defendant's name and plea. Also each entry records the Charge, Officer, Costs, Fines Paid, Days to Work, and Paid Into Town Treasury. Docket was manufactured by Out West Printing and Stationary Company, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Duplicate blank book order no. 42404.

Biggins is accused of public intoxication at the "Public School House" on October 16, 1932 and challenging to fight a William Bergren. 2 copies. 2. Filed against William Begren. Accused of public intoxication at the "Public School House" and assault of S.J. Biggins and Wallace Heffner on October 16, 1932. 2 copies. 3. Filed against Arthur [?] Abel for public intoxication and threatening to fight W.J. Murphy and Ross Parker on October 17, 1932. 2 copies.

              Interview with Vickie Dienema conducted 2018-10-30. Dienema first came to Breckenridge during Ullrfest 1983-84. Shortly after that, she moved to the area and began working for a title company. The snowball fights with Ullrfest got too aggressive and so the cops called in the local bartenders as security.

              Summit County, Colorado, sheriff election campaign poster for Robert Farris designed by Victor Abbo LLC. Features original artwork by highly acclaimed Native American artist Earl Biss. Biss's painting depicts Farris as sheriff leading a group of men on horses through a high mountain pass near Breckenridge, the Summit County seat. This poster helped Sheriff "Bob" win his re-election bid in 1979; he was the first Black man to be elected to a Colorado county. He was sheriff from 1975 through 1983.
