Part of Mary M. Marks Photograph Collection
Mary Marks and a man with a beard set up two large format cameras on tripods outdoors in a rocky landscape. In the background are tall evergreen trees and a waterfall with a wooden footbridge above it. Several women and children can be seen standing on the bridge, observing the scene below. Mary is dressed in a blousy, plaid bodice tucked into a belted, light-colored ankle-length skirt. The man wears a waistcoat (vest) over a long-sleeved shirt and a hat. Probably somewhere near Breckenridge.
